Are you a grad student thinking about submitting work to academic journals? It can be a daunting process if you've never done it before.

On August 20, the ProWritingAid community joined Dr. Lindy Ledohowski as she gave practical tips for writing various sections of scholarly pieces, including: introductions and problem statements, methodology sections, and conclusions. She also offered tips and guidance on the submission, revision, and publication process for most peer-reviewed journals.

About Dr. Lindy Ledohowski

Dr. Lindy Ledohowski (B.A., B.Ed., M.A., Ph.D.) was a former English teacher and then English professor in Canada before becoming an EdTech CEO for academic writing software platform, EssayJack. She has won numerous awards for her teaching, research, and publications, and is now an award-winning entrepreneur. She has published both peer-reviewed scholarship and popular pieces on writing and transitioning from the academy into entrepreneurship.
