Purchases of Story Credits are nonrefundable, and credits do not expire. Credits will only be refunded if we are unable to process your manuscript or provide your analysis for technical reasons.
Does your 3-day money-back guarantee apply to credits?
Story Credits cannot be refunded under our 3-day money-back guarantee, which only applies to subscription purchases. However, if you have purchased Story Credits at the same time as a new subscription and cancel the subscription under our 3-day money-back guarantee, we will refund you for any unused credits.
