Where can I use my credits?

Are credits refundable? Do they expire?
Purchases of Story Credits are nonrefundable, and credits do not expire. Credits will only be refunded if we are unable to process your manuscript or provide your analysis for technical reasons.
Does your 3-day money-back guarantee apply to credits?
Story Credits cannot be refunded under our 3-day money-back guarantee, which only applies to subscription purchases.
