Please note refunds are not possible for monthly paid plans. If you would like to stop future payments, you can do this at any time by going to your user profile and canceling your subscription.
Please don't abuse our refund policy. It is intended for people who really don't think that they're getting their money's worth. Once you've received one refund, you are not entitled to another one.
