Improve your Writing Tip #11 - Read your work aloud

Improve your writing

There is a big difference between reading your work aloud and in your head. It's easier to read what you think it says in your head than it is to read it aloud.

Even better, although some people can't stand to do this, is to record yourself reading your work and then play it back. That way it's as if someone else were reading it to you, of course if you want to get someone else to read it back to you then that works too.
