With over 2 million users, we're looking for a performance marketer to help us accelerate our growth and drive paid acquisition.

Responsibilities

Create and scale ProWritingAid's paid search campaigns using a combination of platforms and tactics to drive profitable growth.
Manage high budget and large-scale Paid Search campaigns.
Analyse performance and optimise spend across a portfolio of keywords and platforms (Google, Bing, etc.), focusing on acquisition and ROAS.
Share insights and learnings with the broader Performance Marketing team.
Partner with Content, SEO, Product Marketing, Growth and Website teams on developing and implementing a coordinated multi-channel customer acquisition strategy.
Respond quickly to changes in online marketing and adapt to maximise on new opportunities.
Develop a deep understanding of our product, audience, and our buyer’s journey.

Experience

We'll love you if you have:

3+ years of performance marketing, preferably in a SaaS environment or at an agency.
Experience managing paid advertising budgets (minimum of $2M/year), with a specialisation in SEM.
Strong analytical skills, comfortable with large sets of data and numbers.
Has a proven track record of delivering multi-year business growth through scaling paid media campaigns.
You have experience using tools such as: Campaign manager, SearchAds360, AdWords, Google Analytics, Asana, Excel, Unbounce.
Strong communication, problem solving, and project management skills.
Adaptable and comfortable switching quickly between strategy and execution.
Fluent English - Verbal and written.
Able to work from an European time zone is preferable.

Hours of work

40 hours/week. Please note that we are a fully-remote company so all applicants must be prepared to work independently from their own space. You can work from wherever (and whenever) you are happiest.
