We're a 100% remote team spread across more than 10 countries brought together by a love of language. By focusing on sustainable growth and the happiness of our team, we've been in business for over 8 years and are still growing strongly without any VC funding.

We're looking for our next customer service superstar to join an expanding, dedicated and tight-knit team. We provide helpdesk support to our growing community of users round the World and we take pride in offering a personal service that goes beyond our users' expectation.

Responsibilities

What you'll do:

  • Investigate and resolve technical and non-technical customer issues
  • Build rapport with new and existing customers
  • Work as part of a tight-knit team, escalating issues when necessary and assigning communications to relevant team members
  • Provide training to our customers and direct them to additional information Improve and update our support procedures and policies

Experience

What skills you have:

  • Native English speaker (or equivalent)
  • Excellent written communication skills
  • Good understanding of writing platforms and editing software
  • Previous customer service, product support or help desk experience working in a collaborative team environment
  • Strong critical thinking, problem-solving skills and attention to detail
  • Patient and courteous nature when dealing with problems and complaints
  • Exceptional time management skills and the ability to respond to inquiries quickly and effectively

We'll love you even more if you have:

  • Experience working in SaaS companies

Hours of work

We're looking for someone who is able to offer up to 40 hours per week but we will consider applications for part-time positions, too (minimum of 24 hours per week).

We pay $15 per hour.
