Responsibilities

Responsibility for the ledger and bookkeeping (Quickbooks)
Preparation of monthly management accounts, accruals and prepayments
Bank account and balance sheet reconciliations.
Preparation of quarterly VAT returns.
Accounts payable and receivable - managing invoicing and payment processes and credit control.
Administering small monthly payroll and processing employee expenses.
Monthly affiliate payments.
Monitoring financial and non-financial KPIs across the business.
Working with the Finance Director on wider budget and commercial strategies across the company.
Ad-hoc project work supporting other departments.

Experience

What skills you have:

Organised, analytical, attention to detail, and ability to work independently and problem-solve.
Qualified UK accountant.
Able to work collaboratively across all functions and levels within the business.
Advanced Excel skills including Vlookups and pivot tables.
Experience with cloud accounting.
Willingness to help out wherever the business needs.

We'll love you even more if you have:

Experience with Quickbooks
Experience working in SaaS companies
Experience of working in multiple currencies.
Familiarity with SQL
