ProWritingAid is a fast-growing SaaS company that’s focused on helping people improve their writing. We are looking for a Customer Success Agent to help our users get the most out of our product.
Your key goal will be to provide an outstanding customer experience for our users via our help desk and social media platforms.
Your responsibilities will include:
— Investigating and resolving technical and non-technical customer issues in a cheerful manner
— Building rapport with new and existing customers
— Working as part of a wider team, escalating issues when necessary and assigning communications to relevant team members
— Providing training to our users and directing them to additional information
— Improving and updating our support procedures and policies
We're looking for an enthusiastic problem-solver who loves working with people.
We're looking for some (or all) of the following things:
— Native English speaker (or equivalent)
— Excellent written communication skills
— Good understanding of writing platforms and editing software
— Previous customer service, product support or help desk experience
— Strong critical thinking, problem-solving skills and attention to detail
— Patient and courteous nature when dealing with problems and complaints
— Exceptional time management skills and the ability to respond to inquiries quickly and effectively
18 hours/week over 3 days
Hourly rate: $15
Please note that we are a fully-remote company so all applicants must be prepared to work independently from their own space.
As we are a UK company, this will be a freelance position. Any applicants will be responsible for paying taxes in their own country.
