Product Manager

We're a 100% remote team spread across more than 10 countries brought together by a love of language. By focusing on sustainable growth and the happiness of our team, we've been in business for over 8 years and are still growing strongly without any VC funding.

Our dream Product Manager uses data and analytics to inform decisions about product strategy. They stay up-to-date with the latest Product trends, are comfortable with detailed technical analysis, and make decisions using projections and data.

Responsibilities

Priorities include but are not limited to:

—Collaborate with the Director of Product, researchers, designers, and the leadership team to identify and implement opportunities for industry leading digital experiences.

—Work with development and QA teams to create technical details needed for mobile product requirements and ensure delivery and implementation of the highest quality features.

—Own mobile product performance analytics and all aspects of app delivery, motivating cross-functional teams to improve metrics.

—Focus on end to end processes including Go-To-Market, internal and external communication, and customer support.

—Have a passion for digital space helping to identify future opportunities for innovation.

Experience

What skills you have:

—Significant hands on experience as a Product Manager role in a SaaS company.

—Demonstrable experience of taking complex business problems and coming up with innovative product solutions.

—In-depth knowledge of customer-facing digital technologies across mobile platforms.

—Experience with data-driven decision making and ownership of relevant KPIs.

—An interest in user psychology and motivation.

—Skilled with the written word, ideally with an interest in writing outside of work as well.

Nice to have:

—Experience with iOS and Android ecosystems and building capabilities aimed at enabling new business.

—Ownership of building mobile applications, tablet applications, and keyboard functionality.

Hours of work

40 hours/week. Please note that we are a fully-remote company so all applicants must be prepared to work independently from their own space. You can work from wherever (and whenever) you are happiest.
